About the event
This workshop includes:
- Workbook: A valuable tool for you to use as you create your vision board. It will guide you through the process of identifying your goals and aspirations, visualizing them, and creating a plan to achieve them. The workbook will also include exercises to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your desires, as well as tips and tricks for using your vision board to manifest your dreams and keep you on track throughout the year.
- Poster board or cork board: This will serve as the foundation for the vision board.
- Magazines and newspapers: These can be used to cut out pictures and words that represent the students’ goals and aspirations.
- Scissors and glue: These will be used to attach the pictures and words to the board.
- Markers, pens, and stickers: These can be used to add additional details and decorations to the vision board.
- Safe and exploratory environment: a group setting where you are encouraged to express yourselves freely and unleash your dreams and aspirations in a fun and engaging way.
- Snacks/Drinks: please let host know of any allergies.
- Memorable Keepsake: In addition to the vision board, you will create a memorable keepsake with a keyword or phrase that you come up with. This keepsake will serve as a daily reminder of your dreams and aspirations and will help you stay focused on achieving your goals.
